Company Profile
Energy Transfer owns a large platform of crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids assets primarily in Texas and the U.S. midcontinent region after combining its two partnerships in October 2018. Its 2017 merger with Sunoco and the PennTex unit purchase gives the company 71,000 miles of pipelines and a large network of refined product distribution. Energy Transfer also owns 100% of Energy Transfer LNG, which is developing a gas liquefaction facility at Lake Charles.
